The Panhorst Family

November 2007

We started out the month with a big event, Sarah's baptism and baptismal party on November 4. Nana & Grandpa Barovian visited for the long weekend, which also included a whirlwind of other activities. During the rest of the month, we had some fun events, including a birthday party, a Nutcracker "tea", a playgroup potluck... and the "big" holidays, Thanksgiving and Jeni's 30th birthday! Steve surprised Jeni with a very fun tamale cooking class at Sur La Table, and Jeni celebrated turning 30 by acting like a teenager, getting braces "installed" at the end of the month. Sarah is a little delight these days, happily returning smiles to anyone who gives her attention. She especially loves attention from her big sister, who is always eager to shower it upon her. Sarah's a little roly-poly, having added rolling back-to-tummy to her baby-trick repertoire, and sometimes rolling halfway across the room. She still loves hanging out in the cozy sling with Mommy on errands and outings.
