June 2008We packed quite a bit into the month of June. The month started out with a week of Camp Dayspring for Juliana. After the final two parties of spring birthday season, Juliana headed to Grandma & Grandpa Camp for a half-week of Vacation Bible School, and Mommy headed to San Jose for a four-day business trip. Then the whole crew journeyed to Cleveland to visit the Barovian branch of the family tree. Camping out in the Troys third floor was great practice for our next adventure -- a playgroup camping trip! Fun was had by all. Juliana continues to soak up sign language, often remembering signs we don't. After a few months of no naps, Juliana's suddenly back to taking naps nearly every day with little resistance. We're happy to report that, at the ripe old age of ten months, Sarah finally sleeps through the night (on occasion)! Granted, this still involves getting up at 6am, but we'll take it. Sarah's standing unassisted for longer periods of time, has started pointing at things, and is the proud owner of a 2nd tooth! |
