August was an momentous month, with Sarah's 2nd birthday and Juliana's first days of Kindergarten! But first, we had to finish our summer fun. Juliana had her final big summer activity, a week of Taekwando camp, and Nana & Grandpa arrived for a fun visit. We celebrated Sarah's big 2 with a family party, plus a monkey-themed party with friends. Juliana made good friends with the dentist, with repeated trips to remedy six, count 'em, SIX cavities. (Yikes!) Sarah was off the charts, especially in height, at her two-year checkup, and continues to talk, talk, talk like a big girl, too. (And we thought Juliana was talkative!) We enjoyed several get-togethers with friends -- Jeni's thoroughly enjoying entertaining in the new kitchen.
